

I'm always burning gold and never have enough coin to even pay for stress due to some rounds going sour and having to abandon. Now, this game is a lot of fun at times, but the stress part is poorly designed, It needs way more stress healing mechanics WAY MORE. Two mobs just landed several big crits on my men and they stressed out and died real quick. With level 2 team in a apprentice short run. I just wiped in 3 turns from consective crits from the enemy. Healing is abolsutely stupid, by healing I just end up wasting a stun and taking a future blow which is giong to hit harder then the mediocre heal so what's the point, this game is basically stun and hit and hope you don't miss. There is no smart ways to work with this design, it's flawed. It makes no sense why it's clearly always designed to full out stress your face off every round and cost so much to cure and wait.

It's absolutely annoying to deal with this game mechanic, for example: The enemy crits me and cranks my stress by double digits yet my crushing blow which one shots a baddie might give me 4 on a select few.
